Go to Submit your item, list all the required data (the more info you add the better as it helps in speeding up selling your item and reduces returns).
Our team will review your item submission and get back to you with either approval or reason for rejecting an item or request edits or more information.
Once your item submission is approved, it will be picked up by our courier and then listed within 4 working days.
It will appear in your account under my listings where you can follow up and track status of each item.
You'll receive a message when your item is sold and our team will arrange to have it delivered to the buyer.
We'll transfer your payment within 14 days from delivering the order and receiving the payment from the buyer.
Buyers
Browse our variety of unique products.
Pick the item you like and add to cart.
In checkout, choose your preferred payment (cash, credit cards and installments) you can also choose if you want to try the item at home.
You'll then receive an order confirmation and tracking number on which you can track your order, deliveries often take 2-3 days sometimes longer depending on where the item is located.
Renters
Go to Rental page and browse through the listed products.
Pick the item you like, select the desired dates and proceed to checkout.
In checkout, choose your preferred rental or membership plan.
Your order will be delivered within 2-3 days.
Once it is time to return back the items, please make sure to return them in the same condition that you received it in. In case of any damage the customer will be charged for either repair or full item amount.
Lenders
Go to List an item.
Fill in the details and choose Lend.
Once your item submission is approved, it will be picked up by our courier and then listed within 4 working days.

You'll receive a message when your item is rented and our team will arrange to have it delivered to the renter.
We'll transfer your payment within 14 days once the item is returned and the payment is received from the renter.
